Heidi
Dental Hygienist
Heidi is a proud mom to four awesome kids and wife to Dr. Friesen. Her family also includes two empathetic cats and a sweet golden doodle who keep life full of joy. She graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2004 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. When she’s not writing or spending time with her family, Heidi enjoys biking, skiing, and getting lost in a good book.
Taibra
Business Office Manager/Admin
With over 20 years of experience in administration and patient care, Taibra is the Business Office Manager at IDental Centre and the welcoming first point of contact for patients and staff. She combines strong organizational skills with a passion for helping people, creating a positive and supportive environment for both guests and the team. Outside the office, Taibra enjoys spending time with her daughter Willow and exploring nature with her two dogs, Tillie and Ziggy
Iryna
Dental Assistant/Marketing Lead
Iryna, is our lovely assistant from Ukraine, who ensures Dr. Friesen and the clinic operate like a well-oiled machine. She’s got two fantastic kids and in her spare time, she’s a baking maestro.
Breanne
Clinical Lead
Breanne is one of Dr. Friesen’s amazing assistants, making everything tick like clockwork and anticipating his needs like a mind reader. She’s the proud mom of a sweet little girl and loves crafting custom gifts for her loved ones in her spare time.
Natasha
Administration & Marketing
Natasha, a dental administrative assistant with a creative spirit and a strong appreciation for art and culture. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting museums and reading. She brings a solid writing background from her five years as a copywriter in India, contributing to clear patient communication, organized documentation, and efficient office coordination. She also is happy to serve you in Hindi
Kayla
Dental Hygienist
Kayla has been a dental hygienist for over 15 years and has a passion for getting to know her patients so she can provide them with the care they deserve. She has 2 awesome kids (and a fur kid too!). In her spare time, you can find her playing volleyball with our other hygienist Steph!

Hardeep
Dental Hygienist
With nearly 15 years of experience in dentistry, Hardeep began her career as a dentist before moving to Winnipeg. She completed advanced training through Boston University and the University at Buffalo, later graduating from dental hygiene school in 2021 with the Canadian Excellence Award in Public Health. Passionate about community service, she has participated in oral health camps in both India and Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, going to the gym, and practicing yoga. Hardeep speaks Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
Stephenie
Dental Hygienist/Hygiene Lead
Steph has been working as a Dental hygienist for over 14 years. She’s got two amazing kiddos and a love for spiking volleyballs. She’s on a mission to boost your oral health with her passion and expertise.
